This is a story about the mountain rescue detachment of Karelia. Members of the search and rescue group “42-21“ are well known among colleagues as high-class professionals. Each of their assignment happens to become a unique operation and a story to be told to the beginners around campfire. This team is legendary. At any assignment our heroes manage to find a non-standard way out, sometimes close to insanity or joke. The routine of the group “42-21“ gets broken by the arrival of the young specialist Alexander Grek. During ten episodes we will see how this “golden boy“ will become a real man and a great professional.

The film`s title is inspired by reality, which is that an ambulance gets to the site an average of 8 minutes. The film will be a tribute to all first responders but unfortunately the display of human laxity in the case of helping others. The preparation of the film as an expert adviser involved Lukas Trojan who traveled seven years as a paramedic in Prague rescue service.
